ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the husband of detenue Shanmugapriya aged 24 years, has filed this petition seeking production of his wife.
2. The detenue has been produced before us. The parents of the detenue are also present. We have afforded them an opportunity to interact. Thereafter, the detenue informed her interest of going along with the petitioner. The petitioner as also the detenue placed a certificate issued by the Thanthai Periyar Dravid Kazhagam dated 12.02.2018 which informs that petitioner and detenue had entered upon marriage adopting Seer Thirutham form of marriage. Muslim while the detenue is a Hindu. The marriage certificate dated 12.02.2018 does not stand legal scrutiny and has no validity whatsoever.
With the above observation, this Habeas Corpus petition shall stand closed.
