O R D E R

This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking extension of the mandate of the sole Arbitrator by another period of four(4) months.

2.Learned counsel for the respondent has stated no objection for allowing this application.

3. It is also informed by both the counsels that the arguments of both the counsels were already completed before the Arbitrator and the matter is reserved

for pronouncement of arbitral award by the sole Arbitrator. Both the counsels have also brought to the notice of this Court, the e-mail received from the sole Arbitrator requesting the learned counsel for the respondent to seek permission from this Court for amending the name of the respondent from "Smartworks Coworking Spaces Pvt.Ltd." to "Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd".

4. The permission as sought for by the respondent is granted by this Court and while passing the arbitral award, the sole Arbitrator shall treat the name of the respondent as "Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd" instead of "Smartworks Coworking Spaces Pvt.Ltd.".

5. Since sufficient cause has been shown for seeking extension, this Court is allowing this application. Accordingly, this Application is allowed as prayed for. 27-02-2025 vsi A.No. 756 of 2025 in Arb.Appln.No.153 of 2022
