ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for direction to the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2024 and disburse the retirement benefits such as GPF, SPF, Gratuity, DCRG, Leave Surrender Salary, Commutation, etc. with all attendant benefits along with interest at the rate of 12 percent 2.

Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the limited request sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2024, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
