ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) Today the matter is posted "for reporting compliance".

2. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 15.04.2021 on condition that "the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.11,00,000/- (Rupees Elevan Lakhs Only) directly to the defacto complainant on or before 01.06.2021 and to report before this Court on 02.06.2021. However, the matter is listed only today i.e.15.06.2021.

3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the condition as ordered by this Court and thereby, he would pray for cancellation anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is unable to arrange the said amount and thereby he could not comply with the conditions.

5. Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner has not complied with the order of this Court dated 15.04.2021, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 15.04.2021, stands vacated.
