When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent has filed an affidavit dated:20.11.2024 stating that during the pendency of the present writ petition, all the workmen in the petitioner/Union have joined in another union, namely "ULAIPPOR URIMAI IYAKKAM" and none of the 4th Respondent's workmen are members of the Petitioner/Union.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not raised any serious objection for the above submission of the learned counsel for the 4th respondent.
3. Recording the said affidavit filed by the fourth respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. 21.11.2024 nvi Index :Yes/No.
