The learned counsel appearing for the civil revision petitioner contended that the suit in O.S.No.99 of 2009 on the file of the Sub Court, Perundurai is disposed of on merits on 09.03.2016 and nothing survives for further adjudication in the civil revision petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.The present civil revision petition is filed challenging the orders passed in I.A.No.375 of 2013 in O.S.No.99 of 2009. Since the main suit itself is disposed of on merits on 09.03.2016, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present civil revision petition and therefore, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
