The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 20 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the order dated 27.10.2023 in S.T.C.No.176 of 2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court-II, Erode.

2. Mr.G.Saravanakumar, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and submitted that he has no objection for this petition being allowed.
