Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the proceedings in M.A.No.2/2010, Mo.Mo.No.204/2007 dated 24.12.2010 on the file of the respondent, quash the same and direct the respondent to grant approval for plot Nos. 108 to 124, 128, 129, 135 to 149 and shop area near plot Nos. 148 and 129 as approved by Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority in letter No.L1/24708/2003 dated 24.12.2003.
