ORDER

This contempt petition is filed for the noncompliance of the order made in W.P.No.7621 of 2017, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 14.06.2017.

2. When this court pointed out to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the writ petition in W.P.No.7621 of 2017 was dismissed by this court on 14.06.2017 and no direction was given to the 6th respondent, the Contempt Petition is not maintainable, the learned counsel sought permission of this court to withdraw the Contempt Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
