This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation pending with the 3rd respondent, i.e., the Inspector of Police, V-7 Nolambur Police Station, Chennai, to any other competent agency and to file a final report.

2. Though the petitioner lodged a complaint with the 3rd respondent, no F.I.R. has been registered. A similar set of allegations has already resulted in the registration of F.I.R. in Crime No. 426 of 2022 by the 3rd

respondent police, i.e., the Inspector of Police, V-7 Nolambur Police Station, Chennai. Therefore, no other F.I.R. can be registered for the same set of allegations. However, the 3rd respondent is directed to treat the petitioner as a witness, as she is also one of the victims.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
