This petition has been filed seeking to amend the offence as Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC instead of Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.2271 of 2024 dated 06.02.2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, this amendment petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.2271 of 2024 and also issue fresh order copy in order dated 06.02.2024.

5.Since amendment had been ordered today, time is extended for executing sureties till 05.04.2024.
