O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioners on 24.08.2013 and pass orders.

2. The writ petition was filed in the year 2013. As per the petitioners, the construction of Water Tank commenced during the year 2013 itself. However, the present status has not been placed before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents also states that the grievances are redressed.

4. This being the factum, if at all any grievance exists for the petitioners as of now with reference to the representation submitted, it is for them to approach the competent authority for the purpose of redressal of the same.

5. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
