ORDER
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that fresh proceedings for eviction under Section 78 of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR & CE) Act, has been initiated against the Legal Representatives of the deceased petitioner. Since fresh Proceedings have been initiated the present Writ Petition has now become infructuous.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
