Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.NIRMAL KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time for execution of sureties in pursuance of the anticipatory bail order granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3317 of 2022 dated 15.02.2022. 2.Heard both sides.
