Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order for exemption of Court Fee for a Sum of Rs. 4000/- in the above C.M.A.SR.NO.25552 OF 2021 (in CMP.NO.6648 OF 2021). Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SUBADRA for M/S.M.MALAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner is undertaken to deposit the deficit Court fee of Rs.4,000/-, the amount which has been deposited by the appellant and the same shall stands recorded. There shall be a waiver for the present. The appellant is directed to pay the deficit Court fee within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.Post this case after four weeks.
