No representation for the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. This Court by order dated 06.03.2019 has directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Gudiyatham to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.34 of 2009 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Now, the learned Subordinate Judge, Gudiyatham has written the letter vide Dis.No.1543 of 2023 dated 15.09.2023 to the Registrar General, High Court, Madras in which he had stated that the order passed by this Court was received on 29.07.2019 and has also narrated the details of the proceedings of the suit in O.S.No.34 of 2009. In the above letter dated 21.09.2023 he has requested further period of three months to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.34 of 2009. This Court is inclined to grant three months time from today and accordingly the learned Subordinate Judge, Gudiyatham is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.34 of 2009 on or before 10.01.2024.
