This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 02.01.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.18883 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.207 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to appear before the trial Court in C.C.No.6022 of 2023 on every Wednesday at 10.30 AM for a further period of two months and thereafter, the petitioner shall appear before trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
