Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent passed in Lr.No.A1/31022/2013 dated 27.01.2015 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to put the service of the petitioner in the first respondent department with all service benefits including pay protection by relaxing the rules if any and consequently direct the first respondent to include the petitioner's name in the

ORDER

The writ petition has been listed under the caption "for withdrawal" on the basis of the letter dated 19.01.2018 given by the learned counsel for the petitioner before the Registry. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is also dismissed. No costs.
