ORDER
The Charge Memo dated 03.11.1999 levelled against the petitioner, stood under challenge in the present Writ Petition.
2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending the Writ Petition, the Charge Memo itself was dropped and the petitioner herein was allowed to retire and he had also received the retirement benefits including the pensionary benefits. Thereafter, the petitioner had expired and the family pension is being disbursed to the legal heirs of the petitioner.
3. In view of the action taken by the respondents in dropping the departmental action, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
