The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that despite communication sent to the respondent, she did not receive any response from the respondent and hence, she is withdrawing from this case. She further submitted that already she has sent a notice in this regard and hence seeks time to file the copy of the notice by February 2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the compromise memo signed by the petitioner was handed over to the respondent and the same may be handed over back to the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent replied that she will hand over the same to the petitioner. Post the matter on 01.02.2021.
