This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 16.12.2021 passed in CMP.No.3908 of 2021 and modify the condition No.(ii) imposed by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Villupuram in CMP.No.3627 of 2021 dated 07.12.2021.

2. The petitioners having enjoyed the protection of bail order, they have not complied the condition. But they approached the Trial Court for modification. Accordingly, the condition to deposit Rs.10,00,000/- was modified as Rs.2,00,000/-. In spite of that, the petitioner has not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

deposited Rs.2,00,000/-. Hence, the petitioner by way of preferring the petition before this Court under 482 Cr.P.C. seeks further modification.

3. This Court finds no genuine reason on the part of the petitioners herein seeking further modification. Since the allegation against the petitioners are found in the FIR is that, they have cheated around 500 kgs of gold from the defacto complainant on the pretext of manufacturing jimmiki for him. Hence, I do not find any merit in this petition. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
