C.M.P.No.5024 of 2021 in`C.M.A.Sr.No.25558 of 2021 P.T.ASHA. J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 106 days in filing the above appeal against the award made in M.C.O.P.No.147 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, IV Additional District Judge, Erode District at Bhavani, dated 29.08.2019.
2.Mr.M.B.Raghavan for M/s.M.B.Gopalan Associates, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3.
3. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the learned Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.
4. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.
5. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.
6. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and the list the same for admission.
