ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner, who has sought for deletion of names of respondents 6 to 8 from the revenue records.

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has already been taken into consideration and notice has been issued to the petitioner and respondents 6 to 8 and the matter is posted for enquiry by the 3rd respondent on 14.03.2020. 3.

In view of the above development, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and respondents 6 to 8 and pass final orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
