C.M.P.No.3933 of 2022 and C.M.A.No.2997of 2019 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to amend the cause title of the second respondent, namely, "The Manager, HDFC General Insurance Co.Ltd., RR Towers II, 2nd Floor, No.94/95, T.V.K.Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai-600 032, instead of "The Divisional Manager, L and T General Insurance Company Ltd., G-1, Ground Floor, Capital Towers, 180, Kodambakkam High Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent-Insurance Company.

3.Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
