Second Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.33 of 2008, dated 14.12.2010, on the file of the 1/3

Subordinate Court, Ranipet, (Camp at Arakkonam), confirming the judgment and decree passed in O.S. No.292 of 1993, dated 13.12.2007, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Arakkonam. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant died in the year 2021.

3.So far no steps have been taken and the legal representatives of the parties are not impleaded. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are also closed.
