2. Though the reasons assigned in the supporting affidavit are not satisfactory, considering the issues raised in the Tax Case Appeal, which require to be adjudicated, we are inclined to condone the delay of 436 days in representing Tax Case Appeal SR.No.26981 of 2015, subject to the condition, the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) to the Little Flower Convent Higher Secondary School for the Blind, No.4/127, G.N.Chetty Road, Thousand Lights, Chennai-600 006, Phone: 044-28269618 and 28269582, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that if cost is not paid, within the above said period, C.M.P.No.13628 of 2016 would stand dismissed, without any further reference to this Court. On payment of costs and filing of memo thereof, Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
