ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to cancel the patta bearing No.7743 issued in favour of the 3rd respondent and restore the patta in the name of the petitioner for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 15.07.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, arbitrarily and illegally, despite a direction having been given by this Court in the earlier writ petition that patta cannot be transferred due to the pendency of the civil suits between the parties, patta has been issued in favour of the 3rd respondent for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. She seeks for cancellation of the same through her representation, dated 15.07.2025. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is passed against the 3rd respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with, after hearing the objections of the 3rd respondent or any other third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 15.07.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta No.7743 standing in the name of the 3rd respondent for the Page No.3 of 6
properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the 3rd respondent and any other party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
