ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying to direct the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 25.07.2011 and to investigate it in accordance with law.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner has been cheated and the complaint given by him on 25.07.2011 ended with no action; therefore, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

4. Learned Government Advocate submits that the complaint of the petitioner, dated 25.07.2011 was treated as petition and as the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

parties entered into a compromise on 04.07.2016, the same was closed.

5. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondents police are directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
