ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 08.06.2014 in Na.Ka.No.92/2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.It is seen that the Sub-Registrar, Kullanchavadi, has addressed a communication dated 08.06.2014 in Na.Ka.No.92/2014, to the Superintendent of Police (Land Grabbing Prevention Special Department), Cuddalore, for investigation.
4.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to give a written complaint to the Superintendent of Police (Land Grabbing Prevention Special Department), Cuddalore. On such complaint being given, the Superintendent of Police (Land Grabbing Prevention Special Department), Cuddalore, shall allot the same to a competent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Investigating Officer to conduct enquiry pursuant to the direction given by the Sub-Registrar, Kullanchavadi, in the communication referred to above.
With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
