When this matter came up for hearing on earlier three occasions, i.e. 07.06.2023, 09.06.2023 and 12.06.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2. Even today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case any further. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
