Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First Respondent to consider the Petition dated 18.12.2017 submitted by the Petitioner and order the Fourth and Fifth Respondents to inquire into the said Petition dated 09.10.2015 and identify the said Panchami lands admeasuring 2.75 acres in Survey Nos. 234/3-1.48 acres, 230/12-0.26 cents and 238/1-0.56 cents in Thumbur Village and submit a detailed report to the Third Respondent.
