Mr.M.Vignesh Raj, learned representing counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of suspension passed against the petitioner is under challenge in this writ petition and after the order of suspension was passed, he was reinstated into service. He would further submit that the petitioner was superannuated in the year 2018 and nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate for the respondent is present.

3. Recording the above said submission and endorsement made by the learned representing counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
