This petition has been filed to enquire and investigate the matter in a proper manner and to file further final report by altering the Section 174 CrPC to Sections 304A and 304B IPC. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that intially, a case in Crime No.197 of 2015 has been registered by the respondent police under Section 174 CrPC and during the course of investigation, they have altered to one 304(ii) IPC on 10.06.2015.
