Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7865 of 2017 dated 21.07.2017 in Crl Appeal No.368 of 2016, aganist Sessions Case No.178 of 2008 on the file of the Honble Sessions Judge,Tiruvannamalai District dated 29.04.2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.R.MALARVANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.MATHAN Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The petitioners were granted bail in Crl.M.P.No.7865 of 2017 dated 21.07.2017, by suspending the sentence, pending disposal of the appeal, subject to the condition that they shall stay at Villupuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Town Police Station, daily at 9.00 a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed to relax the said condition. 3 . The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that they have been complying with the condition regularly and they find it very difficult to comply with the condition and they are unable to get any job, inview of the conditions and that therefore, he prayed for relax the condition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that instead of relaxing the condition in toto, condition may be

modified and the petitioners may be directed to stay at Gingee, located nearer to their place of residence and report before the Inspector of Police, Gingee Police Station, Villupuram District.

5. Having regard to the difficulties expressed by the petitioners and the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), I am inclined to modify the condition.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed that they shall stay at Gingee and report before the Inspector of Police, Gingee Police Station, Villupuram District daily at 9.00 a.m., until further orders.
