ORDER
This Writ Petition had been filed by the Petitioner/Management challenging the Award passed by the 1st respondent, dated 19.10.2010 for regularisation of services of the members of the 2nd respondent/Union as per the date that had been reflected in the ESI Card.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's Company had been closed with effect from 30.09.2021 and that all the claims of the workmen who were employed with the Company on the date of closure have all been settled as per law. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/Management, no useful purpose would be served in adjudicating the lis involved in this Writ Petition, namely the date on which the members of the 2nd respondent/Union Page No: 2/5
would be entitled to be regularised.
3. In view of the same no further adjudication is required to be made in this Writ Petition and the same is accordingly closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
