(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The order of suspension came to be challenged in the writ proceedings. Since the writ petitioner was unsuccessful, he preferred writ appeal in W.A.No.2291 of 2011 and the same was dismissed on 13.03.2012 with the observation that the criminal cases pertaining to Crime No.5 of 2004 and Crime No.56 of 2004 referred to in the impugned order are to be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
Mr.Prakash Goklaney, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant would submit that the review petitioner died. Page No.2 of 5
Therefore, the legal heirs of the review petitioner are at liberty to approach the competent Authorities for the purpose of redressing their grievances relating to service benefits, if any, in accordance with the Rules.
