ORDER

The present transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife seeking transfer of IDOP.No.216 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court, Thiruvallur to the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirapalli.

2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 24.01.2025, the petitioner has filed an affidavit stating that the IDOP proceedings in IDOP.No.216 of 2023 pending before the Family Court, Thiruvallur may be transferred to the file of the Family Court, Villupuram.

3. The said affidavit of the petitioner, Ms.Arul Asha Mary is also filed before this Court and the same is recorded.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent/husband submits that the respondent has no serious objection for transfer of the said IDOP proceedings to the file of the Family Court, Villupuram. Page No.2 of 4

5. In view of the above, this Transfer Civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the case in IDOP.No.216 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Thiruvallur and the same is transferred to the file of the Family Court, Villupuram instead of Family Court, Tiruchirapalli.
