ORDER

The Revision challenges the dismissal of the petitioner's application seeking return of his car bearing Registration No.TN 91 X 0007 that was seized during the course of investigation in Crime No.361 of 2025.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the final order confiscating the petitioner's vehicle has been passed by the Superintendent of Police, Tirupathur District. 3.In view of the said statement, the Revision is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of confiscation in accordance with law. 26-02-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order TSG To 1.The Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Tirupattur.
