ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL,J.) Today, the Detenu/Petitioner's husband, viz., Prakash, aged about 32 years, is produced before this Court, by the Fourth Respondent/Inspector of Police, Maduravoyal Police Station, Chennai.

2.At this stage, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the Habeas Corpus Petition to the effect that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

3.Considering the fact that the Detenu/Petitioner's husband-Prakash has expressed his desire to join with his wife, viz., Jamuna (the Petitioner herein) and the endorsement so made by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Court dismisses the present Habeas Corpus Petition as withdrawn.
