Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SASINDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MARIAPPAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent.
2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner and on the request made by the Revision Petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant further time to comply the balance conditional order passed by this Court on 06.02.2018, within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which no further extension of time is granted and the Interim order granted by this Court is vacated automatically.
