ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed on the ground that, despite the petitioner having submitted objections with the official respondents not to register document pertaining to the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition since the suit for specific performance filed by the petitioner against the private respondent is pending, the official respondents are continuing to register documents with regard to the subject property.
2. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is passed against the 4th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

3. The question of restraining the official respondents from registering any further documents pertaining to the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition before this Court does not arise. If at all the petitioner has any remedy, he has to file appropriate application before the civil court in the suit pending on the file of the civil court seeking for an order of interim injunction/alienation to restrain the official respondents from registering any further documents. Otherwise, the petitioner will have to wait for the final decision in the civil suit filed by him, which is a suit for specific performance.
Only after the specific performance suit gets decreed in favour of the petitioner, the question of restraining the official respondents from registering any further documents in favour of third parties will arise. This Court, at this stage, when the civil suit is pending and when no interim order has been granted in favour of the petitioner against the private respondent restraining the official respondents from registering any further document does not arise. For the foregoing reasons, the question of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2026 as prayed for in this writ Page No.
petition does not arise, since the remedy of the petitioner is only to approach the civil court and get appropriate reliefs. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case in this writ petition.
4. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by not granting the relief as prayed for in this writ petition, but instead granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grievances before the Civil Court. No costs.
