For Petitioner : No appearance For Respondents : Mr.C.Selvaraj Additional Government Pleader

ORDER

The issue as to whether the petitioner would be entitled for a Bonded Labour Certificate, depends on various factual matters and this Court will not be in a position to adjudicate such factual issues.

2. However, if the petitioner is of the view that he is entitled for the Bonded Labour Certificate, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to make an appropriate application to the respondents herein. On receipt of such a representation, respondents herein shall consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
