This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.03.2014.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submits that despite the summons issued to the petitioner to appear for the enquiry and to furnish relevant documents, he failed to appear for enquiry and did not produce any documents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to co-operate with the enquiry and produce the relevant documents to the second respondent police. 5.Hence, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and produce the relevant documents to the second respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry within a period of four weeks thereafter and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, F.I.R. shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in LALITA KUMARI vs. GOVERNMENT OF UTTARPRADESH AND OTHERS reported in [(2014) 2 SCC 1].
6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
