Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SANKARASUBBU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. P.KRITIKA KAMAL Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.912 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 468, 471, 447, 420 of IPC and Sections 18, 18(A) 18(B), 20, 38, 40(1)(c ) of unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act 1967 (UAP Act), in Crime No.363 of 2015, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
