ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition is filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus to forbear respondent Nos.1 to 6 from granting FL-2 licence to the seventh respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.1.2026.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 6 submits that license has already been granted to the seventh respondent and if the petitioner is aggrieved, she has to challenge the same in appropriate proceedings.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the said order dated 19.2.2026 (wrongly mentioned as 19.2.2025), in appropriate proceedings.
