2.Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the admissibility, relevancy and proof of the document are yet to be gone into.

3.Marking of the documents is different from admissibility, relevancy and proof. Therefore, the application stands allowed subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof.

4.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the respondents have already given their consent affidavits and therefore, their appearance before the Master may be dispensed with.
