This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the compliant of the petitioner dated 18.5.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the petition dated 18.5.2015, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 16.6.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
