This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 10.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner that his wife is missing, the 2nd respondent police is conducting enquiry in CSR.No.124 of 2016.

4. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
