(CRIME NO.69 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the time to Surrender as condition imposed in Crl.OP.1667/2022 dated 27.01.2022 and pass such further or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.C.VISHWANTH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1667 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022 to surrender before the concerned Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already deposited the conditional amount of Rs.3,000/-, however, he could not able to surrender before the concerned Court within the time prescribed. 3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time is extended till 29.03.2022 to surrender before the concerned Court.
