This application has been filed to extend the time for executing bond as per the Order of this Court dated 03.10.2023 in O.P.No.533 of 2022.

2. Considering the avements made in the affidavit filed along with this application, this application is Ordered and time is extended for a further period of two months to execute bond.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant also submitted that the date of death of the testatrix in the second paragraph is mentioned as 02.11.2020 and the actual date of death of the testatrix is 18.10.2019.

4. In view of the above submissions, in the Order in O.P.No.533 of 2022, dated 03.10.2023, the registry is directed to correct the date of death of the testatrix as 18.10.2019 in the second paragraph of the Order and issue fresh Order copy to the parties concerned.
